We do not measure success based only on financial criteria but also based on employees' commitment to taking ownership of the sustainable activities within the Group and supporting the communities in which we are involved.
Back in 2014, the Energi Danmark Group obtained ISO certification to satisfy the requirements that our stakeholders currently stipulate and will stipulate in the future. The Energi Danmark Group is now certified in accordance with the ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
With ISO 9001, we have implemented a quality management system that covers facilities, employees, training and service functions. ISO 14001 is an environmental management system that provides us with a practical tool for controlling our environmental impact and thereby constantly improving our environmental performance. Using ISO 14001 as part of our own KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), we are able to continuously monitor ourselves and the goals that we set. This means that we can use the KPIs when evaluating previous performance and at the same time use them to set new goals.
We know that our customers and investors will stipulate increasingly stringent requirements for us as their collaboration partner, and that is why our strategic efforts for sustainability are still an important element of our business. That is why we carry out regular internal inspections with and focus on our primary stakeholders: customers, investors and our dedicated employees.
