Energi Danmark supports the Danish Red Cross Youth

Energi Danmark entered into a partnership with the Danish Red Cross Youth in 2013. The partnership is in line with our ambition to take responsibility for the society we are part of and to "pass on the energy" to future generations.

We are a company experiencing solid growth and our values are about taking responsibility for our society. In Danish Red Cross Youth we have found an organisation that carries out essential work in the form of a wide range of voluntary initiatives for vulnerable children and young people across all of Denmark. The ability to give back to society when you have a surplus is essential to us and we want to spread the word about the excellent work carried out by the Danish RCY. This is why we support the Danish Red Cross Youth.
CEO Jørgen Holm Westergaard

The partnership with the Danish Red Cross Youth spans several levels. In addition to financial support, Energi Danmark employees also visit and attend one of the RCY summer camps. The holiday camps are run by volunteers and the purpose is to provide positive holiday experiences for children and young people who, for various reasons, would otherwise not be going on holiday.

Our collaboration with Energi Danmark is of great importance to us. We need companies like Energi Danmark that offer their professional experience, time and financial support, enabling us to make a difference. Responsibility is the heart of our organisation – weather it concerns e.g. mentoring projects or partnerships. We cannot reach our goal alone and therefore, we know that a valuable partnership like the one we have with Energi Danmark is key to achieving our goal of helping vulnerable children and young people in Denmark.
